In the next few days there will be some heavy work being completed around the orchard (10th tee) and also the pathway leading from the 9th green to the clubhouse. The work being completed is to cut down many of the trees in the area that are getting close to the power lines overhead, as you may know if this was to happen it could mean electrocution by simply coming into contact with one of these trees; this work is incredibly important. As one of the stations goes offline it means the work has to be completed quickly during the period where the lines aren't live. We expect some disruption so please read below about the changes around the 9th, 10th, 18th and driving range.
Driving Range users| All users of the driving range will have to walk across the 18th fairway to use the Range. Please avoid walking across the 18th green.
9th Hole| There will be no access from the 9th green to the 1st tee via the path OR the orchard. Golfers playing 9 holes will have to leave the course via the grass bank midway down the hole walking across the 10th and across the 18th hole
10th Hole| The 10th tee will be situated around 100 yards forward on a Mat. This can be accessed from 9th via the grass bank which will be signposted
18th Hole| Expect to see the 18th green on a temporary green on occasion
Please note the 9th & 10th hole may even be closed for safety precautions.
