Room Hire & Function Room

Our Clubhouse is ideally suited to holding all types of Functions.

The Club is fully licensed for civil weddings and partnerships

The function room is suitable for larger parties (up to a maximum of 150) and can also be adapted to create an atmosphere suitable for smaller groups.

We can cater for Weddings, Funeral Wakes, Private Parties, Dinner Dances, Sportsman’s Dinners and Business Meetings.

Our Chef has a varied and mouthwatering repertoire of meals and buffets available all year round for you to celebrate with your friends and family for that special occasion.

For functions he has a wide range of home-made pies and hot pots available with pickles and peas from as little as £7.95 per head. Other oriental and traditional English style meals are available. Please call the club on 01524 851011 to discuss your requirements.

Function Room Charges (no charge for members)

MAIN FUNCTION ROOM

This is the main function room comes complete with its own bar and dance floor. The room can accommodate a variety of layouts and up to 130 for seated dinners and 150 for theatre style events.

The room is ideal for all types of functions and there are a number of round , square and rectangular tables to cater for larger functions such as; Weddings, Christenings, Funerals, Seminars, Meetings and Presentations

Hire charge covers tablecloths (if required) and preparation of the room.

‘THE FAIRWAYS’ LOUNGE or ‘TROPHY ROOM’ LOUNGE

These are reasonably sized rooms off the Main Function Room, ideal for smaller functions including; Meetings, Dinners, Presentations and Seminars up to 30 people.
