Joining Heysham Golf Club

This is very simple - just complete an Application Form and pay your subscription!  (Certain categories can be paid monthly.)

For many the simplest way is to visit in person - either the Office (Mon-Fri) or the Pro's Shop (7 days) - where you will also get help and guidance.

As long as you can demonstrate a modest degree of competance (such that you are able to play a round without negatively impacting others) and that you have a reasonable awareness of etiquette (e.g. pace of play/ raking bunkers/ repairing pitch marks/ dress code etc.) - then more often than not you can start playing the same day.

The only formality is that your membership needs to be ratified by the Board of Directors - but this does not stop you playing in the meantime.
