Heysham GC Notice of Renewal 2025/26 Upcoming Changes – Please Read Carefully
Email Communications
It’s essential that you read all emails about renewals—there will be several over the coming weeks.
If you are not receiving emails, first check your spam/junk folder. You can then check your contact preferences in IG.
Checking Your Contact Preferences
Log on to www.heyshamgolfclub.co.uk with your membership number and PIN.
Select My Golf > Preferences.
Scroll to Messaging and ensure Announcements and Updates is ticked
Click Update Preferences.
If you still don’t receive emails, please contact the office as soon as possible.
Subs 2025-2026
The board of directors have increased subs by 4% please see new subs prices for each category.

Renewals
From 1st November 25 Renewal fees must be paid either in full or by instalments over 10 months.
Instalment plans are not available for Academy, Gateway, Junior, or Social memberships and these must be paid in full.

Standing Order
Debit or credit card (in the office or over the phone)
Cash (office only)
Online via the website
Separating Renewal Fees and Outstanding Balances
Your renewal notice will list your outstanding balance separately. It reflects payments received up to issue date but may not include planned payments (e.g., upcoming standing orders).
You can check your balance at any time by logging onto www.heyshamgolfclub.co.uk with your membership number and PIN; any outstanding balance will be displayed on the front page.
Please treat your renewal fees for 25/6 and any outstanding balances from 24/5 as separate items.
Important - Any outstanding Balance remaining for 24/25 must be settled before 10th November 25. Ensure your balance is cleared as your membership may be offered to someone on the waiting list.
Club Rules Members in arrears may be ineligible to win club competitions and could face suspension.
Credit Balances We will contact members who are in credit separately.
Help with setting up Standing Orders
Heysham Golf Club does not accept direct debits.
Most UK banks let you set up standing orders: • In person • By telephone • Online • Via mobile banking app • or by written request
ask the office for a mandate form, complete it, and post it to your bank in advance of your chosen start date.
