Mixed Team Open Rules

To be eligible to win a prize entrants must be a member of a golf club with a WHS Handicap Index and have 5 individual competition scores entered on WHS within the 12 months preceding the competition. Igolf members and players with less than 5 scores can enter, but cannot win a prize.

Results and details of prizes will be published online. Prize winners should contact the Pro Shop regarding their prizes.

2’s competition on the day run by the Pro Shop. Please visit the shop before play to enter.  

Scorecard Regulations: 

Players must enter their scores after play either via the touchscreen or IGMember app. Any scores not entered into the system by 8pm will not count towards the competition results. 

Online Booking:

Cancellation policy  If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the date of the competition, you will receive a full refund of your entry fee. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the date of the competition, your entry fee will be non-refundable. If you fail to cancel your booking, your entry fee will be non-refundable. If the competition is cancelled by Heysham Golf Club, e.g. because of bad weather, you will receive a full refund of your entry fee. If the competition is re-scheduled by Heysham Golf Club, e.g. because of bad weather, you will be given the option to either play on the new date or receive a full refund of your entry fee. 

Other Conditions:

The Club reserves the right to refuse entry to any applicant.

PLAYERS ARE REMINDED THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SUBMIT A GENERAL PLAY SCORE WHILST PLAYING IN 4BBB EVENTS.   ANY SUCH SCORES WILL BE DELETED FROM PLAYERS RECORDS. 

PLAYERS ARE ALSO REMINDED THAT ONLY ONE GROSS SCORE PER PAIR PER HOLE SHOULD BE RECORDED ON EACH HOLE UNLESS YOU BOTH SCORE A 2 ON A PAR 3.
